(Students can ask for two weeks holiday to go back home if they wish)

We can help participants purchase different sort of clothes, snacks and daily necessities.

Training traditional Kung Fu in our martial arts academy includes many different fist forms, plus their applications, plus the Qi Gong  Our martial arts retreats teaches the internal style of Xingyi, along with Qi Gong and Tai Chi for healing purposes and self development  Younger students less than 16 years old are accepted if they are accompanied with their parent or older relatives – particularly a brother or a sister. Ensuring there is good quality teaching, every master is supposed to manage seven students in the winter and less than fifteen students around in the summer.

There is very good accommodation and the quality of the meals is top notch. Food nutrition is covered to satisfy the need of each student. Normally, there is one to two students sharing one room. Private Suites with private bathrooms and kitchens are also available.

It is advisable to wake up earlier in the morning so that you can get fresh air breathing along the farm. During the week from to Friday, it is better to students to go to sleep before ten at night so as they are able to recover energy to study the following day. The working hours for the school staff are between six o'clock in morning to 8:00 PM. Therefore, it’s expected for students to respect the hours as the staff working hours are clearly defined. During the weekends, there are masters and translators on duty. Questions about Chinese martial arts can be asked at any time in normal class. Everybody gets to enjoy free time during the week end but the kitchen crew.
