Yoga asanas

Concept and practice of Multi-style yoga – Hatha yoga, Patanjali-based Ashtanga yoga, Sivananda yoga, Restorative yoga, Iyengar yoga etc. They teach the most popular and more than 100 asanas and hands-on adjustments.

You will learn the primary series and intermediate series. Only if you get perfection in this series you will get the advanced series. Otherwise, you can practice later when you're back at home but they will provide you with all the ways to reach to advance level.

Meditation

Trainees will learn different styles of meditation. They teach meditation based on Vijnana Bhairava Tantra which has 112 techniques of meditation. It was directly given by Lord Shiva to his devotee Parbati. They teach meditation based on Buddha Style and their old scripture Veda, Purana, Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita. The meditation course is led by a highly experienced yoga guru in Nepal.

The major attraction of this course is the different styles of meditation in-depth level. They think all the practice of asana, pranayama, and chanting are just preparation to achieve deeper meditation. The objective of yoga is to liberate your monkey mind. Without meditation, it seems impossible.

Pranayama

Pranayama is made by two words “prana'' which means vital energy in the body and ''Ayama'' mean expansion. So the Pranayama is the expansion of life energy through the regulation of breath. The student will learn basic to advanced level breathing art during the discourse.

Trainees will do teaching practice of pranayama as part of the exam. This teaching practice of breathing science helps to share different ways of breathing with your friends, also you will gain the many varieties of breathing.

This pranayama course takes place under the guidance of a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. You will experience how a disturbance in the mind may be related to disturbances in the breath and ways to still the mind by breathing science.

This is supportive to learn how to manipulate and control the 'Prana' to develop your life energy. The practice of pranayama will be helpful to purify the Nadis (nervous and blood circulatory channels). Also, you will learn how to combine breathing with yoga posture.

On this profound relaxation, students can experience near-death experiences. For a while, students get free from their minds, thoughts, desires, suffering etc.
