7 Days, Multiple Departures
Our weekly training program was designed with one thing in mind. To provide more value to students. Due to the current industry standard, we are obliged to offer 2-3 day courses for beginners. Yet we always feel like the student could benefit more from having more time, more ocean, and more community. So we put a program into action, that we fondly like to call “free dive rehab”. Its a check-in, check out program that allows students to come for 1(or more) weeks to experience the finer details of the sport, and to work towards progression in a more relaxed, less pressured environment.
Yoga
Our intention with the 7-day program is allow students a more relaxed and immersive way to fall in love with freediving. We provide an opportunity to get a proper taste of the freediving lifestyle by engaging in daily yoga, breath, and meditation. Students are instructed as to best practices for food and nutrition, and are encouraged to unplug and tap into the seaside mindfulness.
For students wishing to pursue any and all certifications, we meet them where they are. Our highly experienced instructors train using a holistic mindset that helps students progress safely while enjoying every moment (including every challenge and obstacle). While depth and time are not the overwhelming goal, by enjoying the process of learning, students can achieve epic results.
We pride ourselves on creating an environment in which students can positively navigate their personal expectations and overcome obstacles. We do not solely focus on depth and time, but instead on the powerful mental benefits the sport brings.
A concept born of motivated people sitting still on a paradise island. Freediving is a way of accessing creative energy you never knew you had and motivating yourself to excel in various aspects of your life.
With our retreat, you will learn the fundamentals of freediving and a wide array of topics that apply to everyday life. We use Freediving, Yoga, Breathwork, and Mindset practices to provide participants with new tools and perspectives.
From Pranayama to the incredible feats of weird-looking marine mammals, you will be inspired by every workshop and dazzled with your inherent abilities. All of this is done in the most elegant and luxurious style. Absolute beginners are encouraged to join.
Our instructors will meet students where they are, and will help them achieve any certification goal they have. While completing level 1 and level 2 in one week is challenging, students who are in fulfilment of the performance requirements may do so. It is likely that students wishing to complete both levels will have to book additional coaching sessions (offered at a discounted rate), or join us for an additional week (also at a discounted rate).
As many as you would like! We are a pretty cool community (or we like to think so), and the island of Nusa Lembongan is a great place to chill. Students are encouraged to stay for multiple weeks if time allows. Additional weeks are offered at discounted rates.
Everyone. It is our hope that someday soon, all of our programs will be one week long (minimum), as we feel that it gives students a better opportunity to learn. We want everyone to experience the “lightbulb” moments of freediving- those moments where we feel completely at peace with ourselves and the ocean.
As much as we would love to live full time in the water, we have to ground ourselves on land to perform optimally in the ocean. That means we need rest, recovery and integration. These things are often understated wen learning to free dive, so we make sure to emphasize them during the process.
