Join us for a week long rejuvenating Pilates, Yoga, and Functional Fitness retreat at a beachfront villa in Mexico. Practice Pilates, Fitness, and Weigh training twice daily; trim and be fit.

Music and movement is a functional training to the rhythm of music, in which you will work the whole body with body weight and the help of other tools, with spaces for breathwork and short meditations that help us to connect the body and mind in order to elevate our energy and share in community.

Build muscle, burn calories, and loose fat with amazing oceanfront views, while enjoying a wonderfully curated holiday. Swim in a cenote. Enjoy a snorkel excursion (weather permitted) or a similar activity.

Enjoy delicious and healthy high protein meals. Relax with a therapeutic massage. The daily itineraries are crafted to balance movement, rest, and relaxation.

There is amazing and healthy Mexican contemporary cuisine prepared by our on-site chefs who use fresh ingredients and can accommodate the menu based on your dietary restrictions.

There are additional included tours and activities you can opt for. There is also plenty of you-time to go hit the beach, bike in the jungle, swim in the pool, paddle board or kayak, read a book on a hammock with the ocean breeze, or go explore the rest of the beautiful Mayan Riviera with our assistance.

​There's a perfect balance between relaxation and play set up for the entire retreat. With the right amount of tours, activities, and free time, you are in control of what your schedule looks like. If you want to do more, take on some of our extra activities or have us arrange a tour for you during free time. Want to do less, kick back on a hammock with the ocean breeze or go on a solo bike trip through the jungle to the beach.
