We offer holistic teachings to lead you on a journey of self-becoming, self-healing, and self-experiencing. You can join our yoga and meditation classes, whether you are a beginner or already experienced.

Surfing, snorkeling with manta rays and free diving are some of the more adventures activities you may join with your newly made friends. Our offered workshops merge all of our activities well together. Yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, relaxation…all of this is also profitable for freediving and surfing.
