Breakfast - we fortify ourselves for our first bike tour.

Return to the hotel in the early afternoon – leisure time - ask at the hotel reception about excursion options in the surrounding area. There may be interesting sights or activities for you to discover. - Dinner together (starter and main course; water).

Breakfast - well fortified and with our provisions on our backs, we prepare for a 5-hour hike. A great opportunity to enjoy the scenic beauty and tranquility of the surroundings.

With your provisions in your luggage, you can take a break on the way and enjoy the delicacies you have brought with you. Return in the afternoon – leisure time - in the evening everyone awaits you for dinner (starter and main course; water).

Breakfast - today we set off again by bike and explore Castell`Umberto, Sinagra and Ficarra.

You can also take a break on the way and treat yourself to an aperitivo in a secluded bar. (not included) Of course, you can also take a break today; 😊 A day at leisure offers a great opportunity to explore the surrounding area further and experience new adventures. Here are a few suggestions for activities you could consider: Stroll through the nearby village or town and discover local stores, cafés and sights. 

There are interesting historical sites or charming squares you can visit. Find out about cultural institutions, museums or monuments in the area. This way you can learn more about the local culture and history. Of course Cefalù and Palermo are also worth a visit. We then await you for dinner together at Villa Ginevra (starter and main course; water)

Breakfast - We set off for Nebrodi National Park. Nebrodi National Park is known for its breathtaking scenery and diverse wildlife.

From dense forests to picturesque mountain peaks and lush valleys, the park offers numerous hiking trails for outdoor enthusiasts. During your hike, you can explore the unspoiled nature of the park, enjoy the breathtaking views and maybe even spot some of the rare animal species such as the Nebrodi lynx or the Sicilian deer. The "Baracca Don Santo" is a popular gastronomic establishment near the Nebrodi National Park and is known for its authentic Sicilian cuisine. After a fulfilling hike, it's definitely a great idea to stop in and fortify yourself with delicious food. 

In a typical restaurant like the "Baracca Don Santo", you can enjoy traditional dishes from the region, including delicious antipasti, grilled meat and, of course, homemade desserts. Be careful how much you want to order - the portions are truly bombastic. Lunch at the "Baracca Don Santo" is sure to be an unforgettable culinary experience and the perfect way to round off your day in the Nebrodi National Park. Enjoy your meal! We return to the hotel together in the late afternoon. Today you have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area on your own and have dinner wherever you like. Tips for good pizzerias or authentic restaurants are available at reception. (not included)

Breakfast- Today we are going on another nice bike tour.

On the way, you can enjoy a delicious ice cream (not included), linger at the harbor or explore the small towns. After your return to Villa Ginevra and a refreshing shower, you will have time to relax and prepare for dinner together. (starter and main course; water).

Breakfast - Morning at leisure - In the afternoon you will take part in a cooking class; followed by dinner with home-cooked dishes is a fantastic opportunity not only to get to know the local cuisine, but also to have fun together and learn new culinary skills. After dinner, a very special highlight awaits you: the owner of the "Casa della Natura" will visit us and treat you to selected herbal liqueurs that will stimulate your senses. Let our host take you into the fascinating world of herbal liqueurs. Enjoy the variety of aromas and be surprised by the subtle nuances.
