Thanks to our Bike&Yoga Retreat program at a small family run agriturismo, you will take the time your mind and body deserve to recover all the energy you need and cleanse yourself out of the stress of daily life. Five relaxing days in agriturismo, with pool, stunning landscapes, excellent food, and fine wines. An experience designed in every detail to let you just relax and heal your mind and body through daily yoga sessions and reclaim your vital pace with an immersion in nature by bike.

We all need to recover our pace and live in the present moment. Personal commitments and the daily work routine reduce the time of healthy inactivity to "free the mind" from different duties and thoughts. This means that while we do one thing, we think of another and are not in the present moment. It is a mantra of all the great masters of yoga and mindfulness: live the "actual moment" allows us to live a fully life, staying focused with positive effects on relationships, work, and productivity overall.

About The Host

We believe that cycling has several interpretations, everyone has his/her way of riding. Every bike ride is a story; every climb has something to say to you. Cycling during a climb makes you feel pain and at the same time, it makes you stronger and allows you a better knowledge of your soul.  It is not a matter of how fast you are to get to the peak or if you’ll be the first or the last one in the group. It’s the climb itself; it’s like going into a sort of mystic dimension where you are with and inside yourself.
