The City Detox Experience
The main focus of the retreat is to provide you with the opportunity to take time out for yourself. Whether you choose to indulge in relaxing activities such as reading, writing, meditating, or soaking in the hot tub, the choice is yours. For those seeking a bit more adventure, you can explore the beautiful local walks at Loch Ard or conquer one of the nearby Munros. If fishing is your passion, Lake Monteith offers a serene setting for you to cast a line.
We also offer in-house massage therapies, allowing you to unwind and pamper yourself. Our barn is available for meditation sessions, and on the first night, we provide a meditation course to help you get started.
Rest assured, all your meals are included in the retreat package. Additionally, on Wednesdays, we provide a convenient drop-off and pick-up service from Loch Ard, ensuring that you can explore the surrounding areas hassle-free.

Each retreat is catered for by our Resident Chef who cooks with the abundantly rich larder that Scotland has to offer, creating a bold, bespoke, and flavorful experience for you during your retreat. This includes nutritious and vegan meals according to the retreat you are on.
Mindfulness time is also an important part of the retreats be that journaling, yoga, massage, firepit circles or just taking time out in our deep, handmade cedar hot tub.
