Bring regular beach clothes plus hiking shoes, light rain jacket and sunglasses. We also recommend bringing yoga/sports clothes, bathing suits, a rash-guard (or a t-shirt you don’t mind getting wet), and a beach towel. A sunscreen with a high SPF (a zinc base sun protection is the best for the face while surfing) and insect repellant are highly recommended.

When not surfing, there is plenty of adventure lined up to give you the authentic North Shore experience. The food is killer, and the camp is beautiful- I felt so grounded during my stay. "Went for a 7-day camp and everything was wonderful—food, experiences, and the people were all amazing. Daniel really catered to what we wanted to do as a group and always had activities lined up for us to participate in and see Hawaii although surfing was a main component. I went in as a complete beginner and feel like I can go out on my own now (beginner breaks only though). We surfed, skateboarded, hiked waterfalls, snorkeled (saw turtles, stingrays and dolphins!), and walked around Waikiki. Surf analysis with videos capturing us surfing was extremely helpful although would have liked to have access to the footage after camp"

"I can't put into words how meaningful and amazing this surf camp was for me. I chose this surf camp over others in the world because of all the experiences you get with it. Not only did I improve my surf game (I was a beginner), but I was also able to learn about Hawaii, go to local beaches and restaurants, explore the island, and spend time with people who quickly became life long friends. The main focus is surfing, but you also get to do other things such as skate boarding, indo board, etc. that help with becoming a better surfer. The experience at the camp site itself is very unique and has everything you need (shelter, kitchen, showers, ping pong table, TV, couches, phone chargers, gopro chargers, etc.). Always felt safe.

Daniel has outstanding energy, great knowledge of surfing and of Hawaii, and was amazing to work with. The fact he does drone and video footage to do surf analysis is something I really enjoyed/loved that other companies did not offer. Overall, I had the BEST time at surf camp and loved every single thing about it. I will be back.

If you cancel 30 days before the date of your trip the reimbursement will be 75%. Starting on day 29th before the date of the trip there will be no refunds for Hawaii destination.
