Flight Information of Kathmandu and Lukla during Everest Base Camp Trekking
Forgoing Everest Base Camp Trekking, we must fly from Kathmandu to Lukla with a small Twin Otter plane. Lukla airport is Nepal's domestic airport and Himalaya vicinity airport, so there is no extra facility like in a different airport. Sometimes, flights can be canceled or delayed because of mountain weather or technical issues with aircraft. In that case, you have to pay for additional days' bills in Kathmandu or Lukla. If a flight is canceled and you have a worldwide flight in such case,
Nepal Government has introduced a new flight timetable to Lukla from Kathmandu, shifting from Ramechhap until further awareness to avoid the heavy site visitor congestion traffic in Kathmandu airport. The Ramechhap airport is far 130KM long away from Kathmandu and has approximately four hours of driving.If you avoid a flight from Ramechhap to Lukla to Ramechhap, another alternative is a Helicopter Charter for five people. Generally, the Helicopter fee is USD500.00 in keeping with man or woman for one way. Helicopter constitution service is not guaranteed. Passport and Visa:
The first thing for traveling anywhere, you need a valid passport with at least six months. You can obtain a visa for Nepal from Nepalese consulates or on arrival in Kathmandu or other borders, or the most reliable source of information is currently the Department of Immigration Nepal if you fill online form and bring it with you. It would be easier to get a visa at any Nepal border.

Domestic Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, Lukla to Phakding Trek (2610m - 4 hours).
We are starting our Everest Base Camp Trek 14 Days from domestic airport of Kathmandu to Tenzing Hillary Airport at Lukla flight. This is 30 min flight and considered as one of the extreme airport in the world. After landed in Lukla Airport, we will start our first day trek towards Phakding. From Lukla, we pass through Chaurikharka Village and descent towards Dudhkoshi Ghat (2530m). To reach Phakding from Ghat , we follow the bank of Dudhkoshi river.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m - 6 hours).
We take breakfast at Phakding and start our hiking towards Namche Bazar. The Namche Bazar is one of the biggest market and known as the Gateway of Everest Region. Today, we will hike around Dudhkoshi River and experienced one of the longest suspension bridges. We pass a beautiful pine forest and reach Monjo , Jorsalle and beautiful Mani stone walls en route.

Acclimatization on Namche Bazaar and short Hike around Namche Bazaar.
Today is the first day of acclimatization day for Everest Base Camp Trek 14 Days and Namche Bazar is one of the best places for acclimatization. After taking breakfast, we will hike towards Khumjung village and Everest View Point from where you can see Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on.

Trek to Tengboche (3860m - 5 hours)
Breakfast in Namche Bazar and we will hike towards Tengboche. While reaching in Tengboche, we pass rhododendron and pine forest, beautiful Sherpa village like Syangboche . Tengboche village which is one of the beautiful and well settle Sherpa villages in Everest Region. In Tengboche, we explore Tengboche Monastery which one is one the biggest and oldest monasteries among Everest.

Trek to Dingboche (4410m - 5 hours)
Finishing breakfast, we follow the Imja river to reach Dingboche. While tracing the path towards Everest Base Camp Trek 14 Days , we experience few suspension bridge , pine forest, Pangboche Village and other . In Pangboche village, we visit Pangboche Monastery which one is one the oldest monasteries in Everest.

Today is the second acclimatization day for Everest Base Camp Trek. On acclimatization day at Dingboche , we will hike near places like Chukkang and Imja Valley from here we can connect route for Island Peak Climbing.

Trek to Lobuche (4940m - 5 hours)
Get ready for more adventurous and tougher trek today, as we are going to scale more rising terrain and higher altitudes from Dingboche to Lobuche. We will pass Dungla, a memorial hilltop en route to Lobuche. Our tougher walk until Lobuche surprises us with its amazing gift- the stunning view of Mt. Lobuche, Nupse and Pumori, as if the trail has been teasing us and measuring our guts, on endurance. Get warm inside a tea house.

Trek to Gorakshep (5164m) and day excursion of Everest Base Camp (5364m) - Gorakshep.
Our trekking route for today is Lobuche to Everest Base Camp traverses through Gorakshep with a pretty easier walk than the earlier day. En route we will encounter Khumbu Glacier and ice slopes at the base of Mt. Everest. Upon arrival at Everest Base Camp, we take a rest and enjoying the charismatic view around. We Later, we trace back to Gorakshep for overnight stay.

Early morning hike to Kalapatthar (5643m) and back to Pheriche (4371m).
Hiking towards Kala Patthar have to start at early morning. At early morning, this is best time to see aerial view of Mt. Everest and breathtaking sunrise view in Everest. Hikers / Trekkers can see closure view of Mt. Everest from Kala Patthar. After back to Gorakhshep , we will be back towards Pheriche with keeping memories about Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar.

Trek to Namche Bazaar.
The trail from Pheriche to Namche Bazar is descend so easy to hike down. On the way, we pass rhododendron forest, juniper trees , mountain goats, pheasants and other wild animals and birds common to the area.

Trek to Lukla (7 hours)
We began our trek towards Lukla after breakfast. We pass many suspension bridges in Dudhkoshi River, pass by several monasteries and villages before reaching Lukla. We finished our Everest Base Camp Trek for this time, so can enjoy with your staff who always support to succeed your journey to Everest Base Camp.

After making an advanced payment, please send us any proof or transfer receipt through email. After getting your payment voucher, we will send Guide, Hotel and Transport detail Voucher.
Complaint:

If they cannot resolve the matter, contact us, our Tour Co-Manager, by email or call. Luggage/Bag pack in Everest Base Camp Trekking:
For main luggage, we will provide one porter for two-person. So we suggest you make two bag packs for trekking. One is for you to put cash, mobile, passport, sun cream, water bottle or light things you need every time and another one where you can put your clothes, spare jacket, and other heavy items. Domestic airlines provide fifteen kg, including your handbag; excess weight is chargeable around USD one per kg.
Weather:
Nepal's climate varies with its topography and altitude. The low land Terai area has a hot and humid climate that can rise above 40 degrees Celsius during summer, middle region weather is pleasant almost all the year, and northern region temperature is always cold.
Nepal has four seasons:
Spring: Mar-May: The temperature is suitable in this season, and many flowers blossom and best season for trekking.
Summer: (Jun-Aug): Monsoon season in Nepal, weather is hot and wet at times.
Autumn: (Sep-Nov): This is the best season for tours and treks in Nepal. At that time, the weather is delightful so are the mountains and Himalayas. This season is also the season of festivals as Nepal celebrates the most significant festival Nepali name Dashain and Tihar.
Winter: (Dec-Feb): This season is known as the Cold season, so it's not a good time for high altitude trekking time.
Best Time to Go Trekking in Nepal:
The best to do trekking in Nepal is in September to November and March to May. If You wish to book a retreat or host rental available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your booking including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information. In addition, you may be asked to verify that you are physically and emotionally capable of participating in the Retreat.

Bookings and Listings
Listing rentals or retreats on our marketplace is FREE. Hosts set their own fees for their retreats and host rentals. If you make a booking, you may be responsible for paying a portion of the fee to the organizer. We have no involvement in or liability for your payment of reservations.
On the marketplace, you can view prices for the retreats and host rentals in different currencies. These conversions are estimates. At the time of payment, the price of the retreat and or host rental will be converted in real-time to the currency specified by the organizer. This may differ from the amount displayed earlier. The price displayed after this real-time conversion will be the final amount due for the reservation. The marketplace may require payment in the user's national currency and may charge a conversion fee for this.
The payment terms for bookings are set by the hosts, and the currencies and payment methods available may vary. Activ Retreats is not responsible for these payment terms or any rights derived from currencies.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your booking experience.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your booking at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your booking if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
In the event that Activ Retreats brings a customer to you who successfully books your retreat or venue via our marketplace or directly on your site after visiting Activ Retreat, you will be required to pay a commission of 10% on the total price of the booking unless otherwise agreed to with Activ Retreats. This commission will be collected as a deposit from the customer at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be transferred to you after deducting a payment processing fee. Please note that this commission applies to all bookings and rentals made through our marketplace and to referrals. If a customer is referred to you by Activ Retreats, you are also required to pay a 10% commission on the total price of the booking unless otherwise agreed to with Activ Retreats.
If you wish to challenge a commission charge, please contact us at support@activretreats.com. We will investigate this to determine the original source of the lead and, if necessary, make adjustments. If you believe you received a lead from a different source prior to a customer’s engagement with Activ Retreats, you may provide a copy (or screenshot) of the dated communications as proof.
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
The Company is not responsible for the content of the Service's users. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, it is understood that Activ Retreats is not an insurer, that insurance if any shall be obtained by You and that if Activ Retreats should be found liable for any loss, damage or injury relating to the Service, its likability shall be limited to a sum equal to the cost YOU paid to Activ Retreats.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not be deemed to apply. In these jurisdictions, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
By using our marketplace, the Host agrees to defend and hold harmless Activ Retreats, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers, insurers and licensors from any third-party actions, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses (including legal fees), losses, or damages that arise from a Host’s content, use of our Services or the Retreat.
It is further agreed that should You cause any damages, whether direct or indirect, to the HOST that you shall indemnify and hold harmless Activ Retreats from any and all claims, damages, losses, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your negligence, whether by conduct or omission, during the Retreat.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation, availability and experience of the Service; or (ii) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If You are a European Union customer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
