Our 19-day Everest Three Pass Trek begins with a thrilling flight to Lukla Airport from Kathmandu. Lukla Airport is the starting and ending point of the Everest Three Passes Trek. From here, you will trek up to Namche Bazar and continue your journey toward Tengboche. Further, you will ascend to Everest Base Camp via Dingboche, Chukhung, and Lobuche. Also, before reaching Lobuche, you will cross the first pass, Kongma La. In the next couple of days, trekkers will hike up to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar's viewpoint. Then, descending to Dzonglha, you will head towards Gokyo Valley, Gokyo Lakes crossing Cho La pass. Spending a day here, you will trek down to Lungde crossing the third pass, Renjo La. Leaving Lungde behind, you will descend to Lukla to fly back to Kathmandu.

The Food in Three Pass Trek is a popular trekking route in the Everest region of Nepal. The trek covers three high mountain passes: Kongma La Pass (5,535m), Cho La Pass (5,420m), and Renjo La Pass (5,360m), and takes around 19-21 days to complete. As the name suggests, food is a key feature of this trek. Passport and Visa:
The first thing for traveling anywhere, you need a valid passport with at least six months. Fly from kathmandu (40min) to Trek (2860m) to Phakding. (2610. - 4 hours).
At early morning, we take our flight towards Lukla. If weather is clear, we get amazing view of mountain, snowcapped mountain and other small mountain villages. This is the first day of Everest High Passes Trek / Everest Three Passes Trek so we will do only 4 hours trek. The trail follows the bank of Dudhkoshi River. Phakding is located bank of Dudhkoshi River and beautiful Sherpa village.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m - 6 hours).
The trek of today starts after taking breakfast in Phakding. We walk through Dudhkoshi River, where we can see many times exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. There are snow peaks Kusum Kanguru (6369m) and Thamserku (6623m). The trail continues upstream on generally flat terrain, crossing back to the right bank, to the confluence of the Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi River. From here, trail ascent to the Namche bazaar. Namche bazaar is known as gateway of Mt. Everest.

Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazar is the first place for Acclimatized Everest Three Passes Trek . Namche Bazar is known as the gateway of Everest Region. After breakfast, We can enjoy the splendid views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, and Kwangde with short hiking around Namche Bazar.

Trek to Thame Village (3820m - 5 hours).
Our trekking starts after taking breakfast in Namche Bazar to Thame Village. On the way, we will enjoy Bhote Koshi with a pretty forest of pines and rhododendrons; past ancient mud plastered Stupa at Phurte, and follow the path to Tesho, prayer flags, Chorten and the carved mani stones.

Trek to Lungdeng (4500m - 6 hours)
After warm up in your body in Thame, We will walk through many Sherpa villages like cross Marulung (4200m) on the east bank of Bhote Koshi Hungmo, Taramga, , where Sherpa people treat you with great hospitality and unique culture. Thistr route is famous trading route from Namche Bazar to Tibet also for traditional businessman.

Trek to Gokyo (4790m) via Renjo La Pass (5415m - 7 hours).
Today The trail is little bit steep to the pass and trek downs the sandy ridge. Today, we will not pass only Renjo La Pass (5416 m) , we explore many lakes around Gokyo. The first lake, known as Longpongo (4690m): observe the Lama footprints on a stone. The second lake, Taboche Tsho mesmerizes us shimmering turquoise blue sheet of water sparkling in the sun. In last, the third lake known as Dudh Pokhari, link by a surging stream to the previous one. We experienced panoramic views of Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Lhotse, Makalu, Cholatse, and Tawache.

Acclimatization in Gokyo (4790m - 4 hours)
Today, we will acclimatized and explore Gokyo valley with short hiking. This is our second acclimatized day for Everest High Passes Trek. After breakfast, we hike Gokyo Ri and explore lakes like Thonak Tsho Lake and the Ngozuma Tsho Lake. After enjoying view of Gokyo Ri , we will be back Gokyo.

Trek to Thagnak (4700m - 5 hours).
Today, finishing breakfast in Gokyo, we will head to Thangna with passing Ngozumpa Glacier. The trail is rocky with uphill and downhill with passing Yak gazing lands. Sometimes, trekkers can see Himalayan Thar in this trail.

Trek to Cross Cho-La and descend to Dzongla (4800m - 7 hours).
Today is the second pass name Cho – La Pass in Everest High Passes Trek. Today, we wake up early and start our trekking around 4-5 am because of have to pass Renjo La before 10 am. In afternoon, there is strong wind so we tried to pass fast as we can. After capturing snapshot in Renjo La, we will descend towards Dzongla where our final destination for today.

Trek to Lobuche (4910m - 5 hours)
At morning, we will enjoy the beautiful view of different peak like Awi Peak, overhead the village of Chola and walk beyond the Cholatse Lake. We walk slightly uphill to witness the impressive Nuptse (7,745m), rising high above the Khumbu Glacier and join Everest Base camp Trek Packages.

Trek to Gorakshep and Explore Everest Base Camp (5360m - 7-8 hours).
Today is one of the memorable day of Everest High Pass Trek because we will touch the highest peak’s base camp name Everest Base Camp. We will capture some memorable snap in Everest Base Camp and explore 360 degree aerial view of Pumori (7,145m), Lingtren (6,697m), Nuptse (7,745m), Everest (8,848m) and many other dazzling peaks.

Hike to Kala Patthar (5545m), Trek to lobuche (4930m - 6 hours).
Today is also memorable day for trekkers because trekkers can see closure and clear view of Mt. Everest (the highest mountain) and surrounding peaks and known as best place for Everest View. After exploring Everest from Kala Patthar , we descend towards Lobuch.

Trek to Kongma La Pass to Chhukung (4730m - 8 hours).
Among three passes, today we pass the third and last pass name Kong La Pass (5535m) in Everest High Passes Trek. From Lobuche, we will descend steeply to the Khumbu Glacier after we pass Kong La Pass. After spending sometime in Kong la , we will trek towards Chhukung via Lhangbo village.

Trek to Tengboche (3860m - 7 hours).
After conquering Everest Three Passes, we will trek down towards Tengboche. We will follow the Imja river valley. In Tengboche, we will visit Tengboche monastery which was built in 1912 AD and known as most spiritual and cultural center in Everest Region.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m - 6 hours)
After breakfast in Tengboche, we will explore different things en route towards Namche Bazar through forests where we may eye a wild life like pheasants, musk deer, mountain goats or even snow leopard. We will take rest in Namche Bazar.

Trek to Lukla
Today is the last day of Everest High Passes Trekking. We will follow Dudh Koshi River follow and reach at Lukla. After reaching in Lukla, you can share your happiness with your staffs who give support to success Everest High Passes Trek.

Fly to Kathmandu
According to your flight schedule, we fly towards Kathmandu. After reaching in Kathmandu, transfer to your selected hotel. At leisure time, you can buy some souvenir to your family and friends. At evening, we will take to local culture restaurant for dinner.

After reaching in Kathmandu, you can take relaxation and can do some shopping souvenir for your family and friends.

Luggage/Bag pack in Everest Base Camp Trekking:
For main luggage, we will provide one porter for two-person. So we suggest you make two bag packs for trekking. One is for you to put cash, mobile, passport, sun cream, water bottle or light things you need every time and another one where you can put your clothes, spare jacket, and other heavy items. Domestic airlines provide fifteen kg, including your handbag; excess weight is chargeable around USD one per kg.
Weather:
Nepal's climate varies with its topography and altitude. The low land Terai area has a hot and humid climate that can rise above 40 degrees Celsius during summer, middle region weather is pleasant almost all the year, and northern region temperature is always cold.
Nepal has four seasons:
Spring: Mar-May: The temperature is suitable in this season, and many flowers blossom and best season for trekking.
Summer: (Jun-Aug): Monsoon season in Nepal, weather is hot and wet at times.
Autumn: (Sep-Nov): This is the best season for tours and treks in Nepal. At that time, the weather is delightful so are the mountains and Himalayas. This season is also the season of festivals as Nepal celebrates the most significant festival Nepali name Dashain and Tihar.

Bookings and Listings
Listing rentals or retreats on our marketplace is FREE. Hosts set their own fees for their retreats and host rentals. If you make a booking, you may be responsible for paying a portion of the fee to the organizer. We have no involvement in or liability for your payment of reservations.
On the marketplace, you can view prices for the retreats and host rentals in different currencies. These conversions are estimates. At the time of payment, the price of the retreat and or host rental will be converted in real-time to the currency specified by the organizer. This may differ from the amount displayed earlier. The price displayed after this real-time conversion will be the final amount due for the reservation. The marketplace may require payment in the user's national currency and may charge a conversion fee for this.
The payment terms for bookings are set by the hosts, and the currencies and payment methods available may vary. Activ Retreats is not responsible for these payment terms or any rights derived from currencies.

In the event that Activ Retreats brings a customer to you who successfully books your retreat or venue via our marketplace or directly on your site after visiting Activ Retreat, you will be required to pay a commission of 10% on the total price of the booking unless otherwise agreed to with Activ Retreats. This commission will be collected as a deposit from the customer at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be transferred to you after deducting a payment processing fee. Please note that this commission applies to all bookings and rentals made through our marketplace and to referrals. If a customer is referred to you by Activ Retreats, you are also required to pay a 10% commission on the total price of the booking unless otherwise agreed to with Activ Retreats.
If you wish to challenge a commission charge, please contact us at support@activretreats.com. We will investigate this to determine the original source of the lead and, if necessary, make adjustments. If you believe you received a lead from a different source prior to a customer’s engagement with Activ Retreats, you may provide a copy (or screenshot) of the dated communications as proof.
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
The Company is not responsible for the content of the Service's users. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.
You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. You understand that by using the Service You may be exposed to content that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content.
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.
Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.
The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, it is understood that Activ Retreats is not an insurer, that insurance if any shall be obtained by You and that if Activ Retreats should be found liable for any loss, damage or injury relating to the Service, its likability shall be limited to a sum equal to the cost YOU paid to Activ Retreats.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not be deemed to apply. In these jurisdictions, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
By using our marketplace, the Host agrees to defend and hold harmless Activ Retreats, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers, insurers and licensors from any third-party actions, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses (including legal fees), losses, or damages that arise from a Host’s content, use of our Services or the Retreat.
It is further agreed that should You cause any damages, whether direct or indirect, to the HOST that you shall indemnify and hold harmless Activ Retreats from any and all claims, damages, losses, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your negligence, whether by conduct or omission, during the Retreat.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation, availability and experience of the Service; or (ii) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
Our Services and any contract arising therefore shall be construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. Any dispute, conflict or controversy howsoever arising out of or broadly in connection with or relating to this Agreement, including those relating to its validity, its construction or its enforceability, shall be first mandatorily submitted to mediation proceedings. If such dispute has not been settled within sixty (60) days after a request for mediation has been submitted, the matter can proceed to the Courts of California.
If You are a European Union customer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
