Do we offer weight loss holidays?
If you are looking to get fit and lose weight then our program is ideal for you. We don’t focus specifically on weight loss – it’s more the result of everything that you do during your time here.
Here we do our Bootcamp Holidays differently. Our focus is on high intensity training that is enjoyable, mixed with a healthy eating program that you can easily maintain when you go home. We take some measurements on arrival so you can see your improvements.
What hours do we train? Will I get any free time?
Most of our clients arrive here in sunny Tenerife on either Saturday or Sunday. Whatever day you arrive you will have the weekend to relax. There is a swimming pool at the accommodation or the beach is just a 10 minutes walk away. Training starts Monday morning 07:30. The Program runs Monday to Friday with 3 to 5 sessions per day including yoga classes, which will work your full body and calm your mind. If you are looking for a specific variation of workout we can offer you personal training with our professional fitness instructors at an additional cost.
Each day you will finish by 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm at the latest. This means you have all afternoon as downtime or for the hardcore elite this is when we can provide you with personal training classes or additional yoga sessions. In your downtime you can sunbathe, enjoy some of Tenerife’s spectacular excursions, go shopping or just sleep! More info on local trips, excursions, massages & Spa treatments is available on request. Or if you are a Digital Nomad or an online worker this fitness vacation would be perfect for you as you can train in the morning and work in the afternoon.

Join our fantastic group of friendly locals at our boot camp in Tenerife, at La Pinta Beach. It doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness is, boot camp is open to all.
Every course runs Monday to Friday, with the weekends as free time. You can choose to arrive on any day and start the following weekday.
Courses start every week of the year apart from around Christmas.

No! The idea of shouting down at someone to get them to perform better is a style we don’t encourage. We prefer the method of encouragement and motivation to one another on an equal basis. We will show you the techniques and the correct way to stretch/lift/squat etc. We will encourage you to do that “one more” repetition but it will always be in a friendly and fun tone.
Our fitness holidays are for all fitness levels. Whether you are over-weight looking to get slimmer, you’re trying to get more toned or you are already in good shape and want a fun, active holiday in which you can maintain your fitness level. However, we must point out that this is a very physical program, but we encourage you to go at your own pace. If you are unsure or have other questions, please email us.
