A 4 day/3 night multi activity fitness retreat set in the heart of Lyme Regis. The fitness retreat will give you tools to get FitAgain and achieve your well being goals. The retreat is for all abilities and all activities can be adapted to accommodate those with little fitness and those who already do a lot of fitness. The retreat is jam packed with lots of activities as you are not paying for lots of free time! Activities include daily bootcamps, strength sessions, learning boxing techniques of jab, cross and hooks, a coastal hike along the South West Coastal Path, a belly dancing lesson and  yoga.

You will be well looked after with nutritious restaurant-style vegan meals and snacks. The cost of the retreat includes a meal out overlooking Lyme Bay.

The retreat is for all fitness abilities from the couch potato to athletes. Includes learning proper boxing techniques, daily bootcamps, strength training, option of bouldering and wild swimming. The physical aspect is intertwined with presentations on important wellbeing topics such as nutrition and strength training. We know that physical exercise and knowledge to improve health is fundamental to improving mental health and we bring this together with calming breath work and yoga.

About The Host

Lucy is a keen triathlete and having recently qualified for her Age Category for the GB team, she loves supporting individuals on their fitness journey. She is a mental health nurse and combines this expertise into the retreat by embracing mindfulness. Lucy is an exercise class instructor and will run some of the boot camps on the retreat and is also a Ricky Hatton instructor so will be teaching you to jab and cross. Lucy is also a nutrition coach and provides an insightful presentation on this area during the Fitness Retreat.
