Dulce and Sonja

Dulce and Sonja

Dulce is an internationally certified yoga teacher living in beautiful Cabo San Luca, Baja, South Mexico. She has an impressive 800 hours of formal instruction in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. She is a ceremonial Cacao guardian and a sound bath healer. She is skilled in creating sacred space and in guiding students in a way that is authentic and creates community. Her goal is to create an immersive healing experience where participants feel guided and supported.

Sonja is a dancer, entrepreneur, and yoga instructor. Connecting mindfulness, movement, and creativity has always been a driving force in her life.

With over 20 years of experience practicing yoga and 200RYT certification, she strives to help her students connect to their inner wisdom through yoga, meditation, breath work, and mindfulness practices, so that they may live a more well-rounded and impassioned life.

She believes that we are our greatest teachers and through deep connection with our inner and outer world we can tap into the extraordinary beauty in everyday life.
