A premier riding facility boasting a clubhouse and guest house. Nestled on a sprawling 60-acre property, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the picturesque Marche countryside and the historic town of Fermo. Perched atop a hill, a meticulously renovated century-old country house is surrounded by two acres of landscaped gardens featuring an infinity pool, Jacuzzi tub, sundecks, gazebo, BBQ, and al-fresco dining areas. Our riding school specializes in flatwork and show-jumping, led by an accomplished Belgian rider with a college degree in foreign languages.

The Country Club prides itself on an exclusive and intimate experience, accommodating a limited number of guests to ensure elevated standards of hospitality, privacy, and service excellence in a refined setting with panoramic views from every angle of the property.

Nestled in a secluded and tranquil location, yet conveniently close to restaurants, beaches, and nightlife, the retreat place offers luxury accommodation in the country house and the guest house at the equestrian center. Our double rooms with en-suite bathrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with sky windows, walk-in closets, safes, desks, and sitting areas. The entire property boasts Wi-Fi coverage and satellite television channels. Room services include daily maid housekeeping, towel changes, and sunbed towels.

Choose from fully air-conditioned accommodations, including a 230-square-meter three-bedroom duplex apartment in the country house and a 140-square-meter two-bedroom guest house apartment. Individual double bedroom suites are also available in the country house, featuring mansard ceilings with skylight windows, floor-height windows with curtains, blinds, and mosquito nets.
