We invite you on this very special weekend retreat in Southern Utah where we will use mindfulness tools, yoga poses, art, kindness, and laughter to practice living healthier and happier.

Join Randi as she leads you through a weekend Mindful Yoga Retreat with a focus on self-compassion. We will travel to the majestical hotel and spa for a weekend of Red Rock adventures and deeply relaxing spa treatments. This is the self-nurturing opportunity you’ve been dreaming of.

Your retreat journey will focus on you; classes are designed for those who are new to mindfulness meditation and enjoy practicing gentle yoga complemented with serene spa treatments and hiking adventures through Capitol Reef National Park. We’ll have relaxing evenings enjoying creative projects while we get to know ourselves and this intimate group of open-minded women.

About The Host


Randi discovered yoga in the mid-90s and has been a full-time certified yoga teacher since 1999. She’s lived and worked in Park City, Utah for over 19 years. She began teaching prenatal yoga when she became pregnant in 2004 and that led to postnatal yoga, mommy and me, and then kids yoga. Randi has been teaching yoga and mindfulness to Adults, kids, and families ever since. 

Randi is certified with Nosara Institute/Omega Institute, Yoga Works, City Yoga, Yoginos, Yoga for Youth, and Mindful Schools. She is a Leadership team member and Trainer for Yoginos: Yoga for Youth. Randi is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s (2-year) MMTCP Program.
