Our exclusive retreats only happen once a month, so space is limited. All our packages include delicious meals prepared with local, seasonal, ingredients, as well as our full retreat program including surf lessons, yoga/pilates classes as well as mindfulness sessions with professional therapists.

Surf

We offer fun, personalized surf coaching for surfers of all levels, from first-timers to advanced. Learn to surf, or improve your skills in one of the most beautiful surf spots in the Southern Hemisphere.

All our Yoga classes are:

Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Practiced on a beautiful open-air yoga deck, should the weather allow, with a breath-taking 180-degree view of the Atlantic ocean.

Yoga mats and props are provided for all retreat guests.

While balancing between playfulness and challenge you will enjoy days which will be more yang with a stronger flow and days with more yin, with a softer and restorative style that incorporates meditation and breathing exercises.

Mindfulness

With a qualified psychiatrist on board leading our mindfulness workshops. You are in the right hands.
