Welcome to Lithuania's retreat Vol.3 - same epic location (private lake, bouldering wall - Moon board!), same duration, yet unique and slightly different to my previous retreat. 5 days of movement, yoga, connection, nature, sauna, new friends, silence, starry night sky in a supportive and welcoming environment.

This retreat is deigned for nature lovers, yoga practitioners and movement enthusiasts who'd like to meet new friends, rest and recharge, as well as learn and deepen their yoga practice while being surrounded by nature in a safe and welcoming space.

Absolutely everyone is welcome - no matter if you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a long time.

Retreat Space

Our traditional Lithuanian home is situated on 6 hectares of private land, surrounded by nature, forest and a private lake. This country house has won several awards as the most beautiful and cared after country house in the whole of Lithuania.

Picture yourself under the starry night sky, breathing in fresh air, and listening to the sounds of nature.

The country house has a private lake with a charming little island, plenty of space to walk around, a Japanese-style waterfall, a Moon board (bouldering wall), and an observation tower to watch the sunset.

A range of communal spaces, include hammocks, a dining area with a wood burner for us all to gather, a communal kitchen to prepare coffee & tea, a glass house to read a book or journal, and many other chill-out areas.

Plenty of space for connection, exploration and introspection.

The whole property will be solely rented out for our retreat group ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

Yoga Classes

In total there will be around 11 hours of practices and workshops with two teachers. Expect to playfully challenge yourself, explore the movement of the body, the breath as well as learn something new every day! Morning yoga practices will be more dynamic and energizing (flow style), evening practices more gentle and calm (yin yoga). We will also enjoy one afternoon movement exploration workshop, that is inspired by animal flow, contemporary dance and movement culture.

Sauna ritual 'the four seasons' with Lukas

'The Four Seasons' sauna ritual is an immersive experience with a sauna master Lukas that takes you on a journey through the changing seasons. This ritual involves four rounds of sauna, each representing a different season of the year, along with accompanying natural treatments and activities. From natural body scrub to a honey body mask (from local bees that live in this country house!) and bathing birch made from the trees of Lithuania - this unique experience is one that should not be missed. The Four Seasons sauna ritual was one of the standout moments of the last two Lithuanian retreats, with many participants stating that they would return to Lithuania just for the opportunity to partake in this ritual once again.
