Join us on an exhilarating trail running adventure as we journey from one end of the Amalfi coast to the other.
Imagine winding paths that hug the rugged coastline, panoramic views of the deep blue Tyrrhenian Sea at every turn, and charming little towns perched on cliffs.
On arrival into Naples we’ll head straight across to picture perfect Sorrento where we start our journey, from here we pick up a trail that flows east, we’ll pass through the most iconic towns of the Amalfi Coast, run the famous ‘Path of the Gods’, relax on beaches and celebrate each day with local Italian cuisine which caps off the trip in style.
This fully-guided adventure takes in a distance of 55km which is split over three days.

The whole team behind this retreat has many years of experience in trail running and the adventure travel industry. We’ve run and explored everything from 5km to 100-mile endurance feats.
We’ve been incredibly lucky to explore the lengths and breadths of the world through our work, but our combined experience puts us in the best stead to share our running adventures with you, whatever your running ability.
Absolutely. We'll be running the aid points ourselves and can cater for everyone with picnic lunches.
Breakfasts are hosted by our hotels and any dietary requirements can be easily handled. We head out to local Italian restaurants in the evening where it is possible to have vegetarian and vegan dietary handled, but bear in mind there will only be so much in the way of choice, as cheese and milk do feature heavily on menus.
This is an iconic trail for good reason as the scenario is out of this world. As we travel along the route evolves, terraced hill top farms with shrubs and crops characters the first day before sparkling Mediterranean days take over with dry coastal cliff trails that roam from town and village.
This dramatic land means we'll spend good time descending and ascending, but with very manageable daily distances we've made this trip suitable for all abilities.
This trip is suitable for all abilities of runner, but you should have a base level of fitness to be able to handle three days of back to back running. It's also worth drawing your attention to the elevation involved in each of the days, being coastal trails with a variety of mountains you need to expect a reasonable bit of up, as well as descents as we weave our way along the chain.
Our goal is not to run a race but for everybody to experience a beautiful journey.
Every trip we have ever run has a mixture of people and running abilities. These are NOT training camps, but adventures that are designed for an experience, you can expect a lot of stops, and ALOT of laughter each day.
We also have x 2 running guides on this trip which means we can bubble up with zero pressure around how fast or slow you'd like to run.
