Sarah’s fabulous teaching, combined with this phenomenally relaxing location so close to the hub of Marrakech is sure to leave you happy, healthy, and revived. Enjoy all the fun of a holiday and all the benefits of a retreat. Both the Times and the Guardian list our retreat here as one of the best yoga holidays in the world.

Classes will be held every morning and late afternoon on the glorious rooftop shala, bathed in birdsong with views of the Atlas Mountains. There is plenty of time between classes to relax or explore and there are no formal classes on Wednesday to give you a chance to explore further afield, or just to make maximum use of the spa and swimming pools!

Sarah's classes are a joy to be part of. She teaches with authority, clarity and humour. With an equal focus on anatomy and switching off the auto-pilot to find the space for self-discovery. Equally suitable and accessible for new-comers and seasoned practitioners, Sarah's classes also leave you feeling like you've experienced something new.

The retreat will take you on a journey through the body blending intelligent and nurturing movement twice daily.  A combination of dynamic flow, restorative and yoga nidra will provide you with the opportunity to dive into the subtle but rich experiences of self-inquiry and deep rest.

About The Host

Sarah’s approach of intelligent anatomical-based sequencing encourages all levels of practitioners to turn the auto pilot off and tap into the here and now. At the heart of her teaching is self-exploration, humour and compassion.

Sarah began her career after studying at Sussex University teaching music and training teachers in the education sector. Her passion for teaching yoga began when she studied with OM Yoga in New York. She has since worked and trained with many established and influential teachers. Sarah is one of Jason Crandell’s senior students and she assists him on his advanced trainings and teacher renewal programmes. Sarah offers dynamic movement-based practices but also a safe space to explore stillness through restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
