Escape the ordinary and embrace a long weekend crafted to awaken your senses, spark wonder, and ground you in the beauty of the present moment.

Wild Awakening is more than a yoga retreat—it’s a space to pause, rediscover + reconnect. You simply get to arrive and flow into the rhythm of the retreat as you lean into your intuition and step away from doing & into simply being.

This is an invitation to retreat to the wild & reconnect to the simple joys in life. An adventure that’s yours… where you can connect back to you. Mindful movement, nourishing meals, creativity and deep connections await.

You have a whole long weekend with interrupted time for yourself. A space where you can slow down, reconnect, and explore.

You wake up in the heart of Scotland, with panoramic views of rolling hills & lush meadows. Start your day with an energising vinyasa practice & revitalising breathwork, led by Tanita, to awaken body & mind.

Spend the afternoon embracing nature’s healing powers with a visit to the animal sanctuary, a scenic hike through the rolling hills, or a dip in the loch for the wild ones.

Between classes, unwind in the cedarwood hot tub soaking in the breath-taking views, enjoy a massage, or find stillness in the meadows.

Your evening practice is an invitation to slow down, as you enjoy a restorative practice before feasting around the table on nourishing meals with heartfelt conversation.

Each day will differ with creative workshops, daily philosophy chats, playful yoga workshops, and much more! All you have to do is show up.

The Wild Awakening Experience

Every element of this retreat has been designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and rediscover the joy of living with intention. Step into the spring season with renewed vitality and clarity. Let the Wild Awakening retreat be your guide back to yourself.

Movement, Mindfulness + Breathwork

We’ll practice yoga in the form of movement. Tanita will guide you through intentionally created movement practices. From fluid, embodied flows to slow restorative, restful sessions.

All sessions will be inspired by the elements surrounding us & all have the same intention; to land in being.

Our morning practices will be more dynamic, playful & fluid.

Our evening sessions we lean into rest. They’ll be more restorative & slow.

Practice mindfulness through guided journaling, breathwork & meditation.
