Girona offers stress-free routes (no potholes, no crazy traffic) so all you have to do is think about is getting the best out of the ride. The itinerary showcases the best of Girona’s cycling and its huge variety of terrain. Prepare to marvel at the rugged coastline of the Costa Brava, beautiful climbs and spectacular Catalan scenery. There will be two ride groups throughout the week led by experienced (female) guides.
The camp brings together women from all stages of their cycling development, from beginners through to seasoned racers; there’s nothing like the fun, supportive nature of all all-female group to make you feel on top of the world!
Our ride support is second to none and we pride ourselves on a high staff-guest ratio. We take care of everything so you can savour the ride of a lifetime. This is a flexible itinerary offering riders the opportunity to extend or shorten the ride depending on their fitness level. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel, lunch on the road with the group and an evening meal back in Girona at one of our favourite restaurants. Soak up everything Girona has to offer!

Enjoy full ride support from our professional guide team & support vehicle.
The ride support vehicle is stocked with natural ride nutrition, electrolytes and water, as well as a full set of tools to resolve any mechanicals. On selected days the support crew will serve a delicious picnic lunch in a scenic location en route. Enjoy local foods chosen to keep you feeling energized and healthy.
Our guides are experienced riders from all walks of life united by a love of cycling who’ll help to keep the group safe, motivated and savoring the trip of a lifetime.
All guests will receive access to our digital Road Book and routes, giving everyone the flexibility to ride at their own pace.
This tour also includes a mobility, Pilates & recovery session.
Emanuela and Laura
Emanuela is Italian and after many years living in Barcelona relocated to Mallorca. She started triathlon 10 years ago and has made it her life! Alongside guiding Emanuela hosts guests from all over the world in her Airbnb.
Laura is a guide, professional cycling coach, and endurance cyclist who has completed some of the coolest ultradistance gravel events (which she loved!). Laura loves guiding; she enjoys empowering people to ride their bikes and discover new places, help their cycling adventures come true, and share unforgettable moments.
We rate our tours from Level 1 (Leisure) to Level 4 (Epic). Each tour contains a description of the level, expected daily ride time, distance and elevation. If you have any doubts we’re more that happy to speak to you on the phone and help to find you the perfect trip!
We recommend that you hire a bike for your tour and will work with you after you book to help you to choose the best size and model for your ride style. If you prefer to bring your bike, it’s no problem. Please be aware that on some of our epic trips we charge a supplement to transport your bike box to our finishing location. If you have any doubts, please ask!
Yes – from Girona we deliver bikes to all over the Girona, Costa Brava and Pyrenees region. From Málaga we deliver bikes to all of Andalucia. Simply provide your delivery address & ask us for a quote.
We do not supply a lock with any of our rental bikes. We do not recommend leaving the bikes unattended. If a bike is stolen during your rental period you are held responsible for the cost of replacing the bike.
Guests are welcome to store the bike at the Hub overnight.
Every bike is supplied with an inner tube, tyre levers & mini-pump. We do not supply multi-tools – please make sure you are comfortable on your bike before leaving. We do not supply gas canisters or bidons – these are available to purchase. We recommend that you bring your own pedals, saddle & helmet, however these can be added to your reservation for a small extra charge.
