Did you know there's a tropical island with beaches and palm trees where you can relax and escape the daily grind, and get away from the cold and damp any month of the year without leaving Europe?

It's called Gran Canaria, and it's where you'll find an "active retreat" that combines paddleboarding and yoga.

A chance to feel like it's summer again without having to wait for it, where you can fully recharge your batteries and find physical and mental balance through daily sessions of paddleboarding, SUP Yoga, and beach yoga.

This retreat has been thought and created to offer you a quality YOU time, where you finally put yourself first on the to do and priorities list.

Where you stop for a while from all your must does and just listen to yourself, to your body, the nature's sounds feeling the UNION that yoga represents

You will definitely be doing a full body workout without even noticing due to the peace and happiness that you will be feeling.

Finding your balance on a board will keep you in the present moment and you won't have any time to think or overthink in anything else.

Doing this retreat in small groups, will allow us to get to know each other, to create best relationships and even become friends, as it usually happens.

However, remember that even sharing an apartment will allow you to have your own space and time with the flexibility of deciding what to do.

What makes this retreat special

This retreat is specially designed for lovers of the sea, paddle boarding, yoga, nature, and wellbeing, no matter your gender, age, or personal situation. While being a bit fit helps, it's not a requirement as all experiences will be adapted to the group's and individual's levels.

This retreat is your perfect opportunity to take a break from the daily grind, the hectic pace, and the constant rush. It's a chance to pause, listen to yourself, and enjoy quality time with yourself and like-minded people. You'll discover the island in an active and mindful way, sharing and connecting with others who share your interests.

We've created this retreat to put you first on your to-do and priorities list. It's a time to stop and just listen—to your body, the sound of nature, and your inner voice. Imagine balancing on a paddleboard, working your entire body without even noticing because of the peace and happiness you'll feel. This is your moment to recharge, reconnect, and rediscover yourself in the beautiful setting of Gran Canaria.

Program

Be aware that we will be able to check in on Monday at around 2:30 PM and that we will start with our first experience that afternoon, so do all your best to get on time and don't miss it.

This retreat will include some of the experiences and it will be combined with free time for you to choose what to do or even, just relax and chill on the beach or at the pool.

However, I will always suggest optional and not included group plans to do on that time or even help you book other plans of your desire.

If you might be on the island before this day and you would like to do something else, don´t hesitate to contact me to help you plan it.

Be aware that the scheduled times are orientative as they will be adapted to the needs and weather conditions.

In case of bad weather an alternative plan will always be offered.

Regarding the meals, there are so many different options: local, Italian, Japanese, chinese... each one with different prices.

And there will be a supermarket in the same complex so you might also use it to cooK your own food or avoid expenses if it is your choice.
