Bali and especially Nusa Lembongan enjoy warm and nice weather almost all year long.
We really have 2 seasons:
Dry season: occurs between March and October/November. July and August are a little colder than the rest of the year. The temperature is a moderately stable 25ºC to 34ºC
Wet season: occurs between November/December and April. The humidity is at its highest point and there are fluctuations between moody rainstorms that soak the island to warm steamy days with cloudless skies.
Situated in Bali Nusa Lembongan, is a yoga school established in November 2017. Its primary objective is to make yoga accessible to all individuals and share its numerous benefits. Initially, the school offered yoga classes, retreats, and private sessions. However, they soon realized their desire to provide more comprehensive offerings. To achieve this, they enlisted the help of local and international teachers to create an internationally certified yoga school that aligns with their values.
To enrich the overall experience, we have a spacious studio that opens up to a private garden featuring a beautiful swimming pool. Following your classes or during breaks in teacher training, you can unwind and indulge in natural fruit juices.
Over time, the school has expanded and now provides a diverse range of training programs in collaboration with esteemed international yoga teachers. Their yoga teacher training adheres to the standards set by Yoga Alliance International and encompasses various aspects, including yoga postures, the history and philosophy of yoga, anatomy and biomechanics, teaching techniques and skills, and the art of sequencing.
The team here is dedicated to cultivating a nurturing and serene learning environment where individuals can enhance their skills, embrace the benefits of yoga, and incorporate them into their daily lives and personal yoga journeys.
Nusa Lembongan is a beautiful island where you can enjoy many activities like snorkeling, surfing, diving, Spa Treatment even just chill on a beach at 3 min from the Studio.
Healthy food nourishes the body and the soul, which is exactly why we love it.
So, we serve only the best and the healthiest vegetarian and vegan options for a daily breakfast that the course is in session.
Lunch & Dinners are not included, you could find many places around the studio from the local warung to the fancy beach restaurant.
We recommend that students begin developing a self-practice. Learning how to lead yourself through your yoga practice is a pivotal part of becoming a yoga instructor. Being a yoga teacher is very much about sharing your experience on the mat and your self-practice, and if you are unable to lead yourself, it will be challenging to lead others. If it is not a part of the way you currently practice yoga there’s no need to stress, in our course we will study in detail how to develop one’s self-practice, but as you prepare for the yoga training course, begin at least trying to practice on your own a few times a week.
When taking led studio classes, begin taking note of how your teachers engage with their students. Observe the language they utilize when giving verbal cues and instructions, how they transition, and when they model postures. After classes write down any verbal cues that you felt were interesting, effective, or inspiring. Try after class to map out the sequence that you just took and observe how it was structured, if there were parts that you would change if certain postures felt they were held too long, or if transitions felt awkward and lacked fluidity. Take the intention of becoming a student of not only asana but of how asana is taught and the philosophy behind it.
To ensure the teacher’s full attention, we keep the maximum number of students to 16.
Nearby the studio you will find many restaurants serving local and western food. Our favorite places are Warung Tumpang, Soka Warung, The Lounge Bar, and the restaurant on the front beach (Mushroom Beach). You could also go to the Sandy Bay Beach Club for a nice dinner with an ocean view. (they do free pick up)
The average budget for lunch and dinner is 15$ a day. Your food budget will depend on where you eat and what you eat. If you choose to eat local food it will stay low but if you choose to eat western it will be more.
