This is a complete package which includes yoga, breath-work, meditation and yoga philosophy. We run these sessions weekly throughout the month (on the 1st, 7th, 14th and 21st).

Yoga poses are the most important part of the one-week yoga retreat class in Nepal. Yoga poses increase your flexibility. Yoga poses keep you healthy and fit. You will learn different yoga poses like Astanga, Hatha, Sivananda, Restorative, etc. Asanas are the basic practice in yoga. Yoga poses balance your mind and body to maintain your health and happiness. Asanas increase the strength of the body. Yoga poses can remove our weakness and different disorders. Yoga poses heal headaches and improve your sleep.
Breathing is the most important part of life. Proper breathing can balance our mind, body, and spirit. There are different techniques when it comes to the breathing process. Breathing exercises increase the level of oxygen in our blood cells. Breathing exercises are helpful when it comes to alleviating mental and physical diseases. Breathing exercises heal our minds. Oxygen is the life force of the human body. Pranayama is very useful for respiratory problems. It will make you stronger mentally. Pranayama purifies our blood and keeps us healthy.
Meditation is the medium to understanding the self. Meditation controls our thoughts and increases our ability to concentrate. Meditation is the best way to heal the mental stresses of the mind. Meditation becomes the best medium to go inside. You will learn different types of meditations during the course of one-week yoga class in Nepal like Buddha meditation, So-ham meditation, Vipassana meditation, etc.
Yogic lifestyle is the most attractive lifestyle in the world because it focuses on positive thinking and a healthy diet. A healthy diet and healthy thinking are the core factors of a happy life. In reality, yoga and positive thinking are interrelated to each other.

• A share of the profits from yoga retreat/ashrama goes towards charity and towards establishing an organic farm in accordance with sound ecological principles for serious yoga practitioners who need proper nutritional food and the right environment to practice.
• A share of the profits of yoga retreat/ashrama goes towards helping the children those deprived of education due to poverty in remote areas of Nepal.
• Our emphasis is to make you aware of your inner potential to be blissful and to show a path to how you can reach your own source with the help of yoga and meditation. We help weaken your energy and to realize your real being.
• Nepal is one of the great spiritual spots on earth with its deeply devotional people, sacred rivers, the highest peak of mountains, birthplace of Buddha, and elaborate temples. Finally, we want to make a clear identity of Nepal as a real birthplace of yoga and spiritual spots.

Take prepaid/local taxi from airport. Provide our location to taxi driver as follows:
Airport => Balaju Bypass => Fulbari Gate (Najarjun gate) => Way to Goldhunga road just 650m ahead, in left side there is big white house with sign board of Nepal Yoga Home. It takes just 30 minutes from airport to Nepal Yoga Home if there is no traffic.
Generally, check-in time is 12pm and check-out time is 12pm except one day yoga and meditation course (whole day workshop) which starts at 11:00 and end at 5:00 i.e. check-in 11:00 am and check-out 5:00 pm.
