Our Be Fit program is designed to holistically improve fitness levels or kick-start a new fitness regime. Personalized sessions focus on resistance and cardiovascular training, balanced with flexibility and core strength workouts through daily yoga and Pilates Reformer classes, ensuring a well-rounded and effective fitness journey.

You’ll have unlimited access to yoga & group meditation sessions, including group fitness classes. You’ll have access to the pool & steam room facilities, including a fitness room should you want to continue your workout alone. We’ll keep you well-fed with 3 balanced meals every day, and a power blast shake for the extra boost!
