Awaken in natural rhythm with the sun, coming into your fresh, new day slowly. Join us for a gentle morning yoga session followed by a healthy breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll break into small groups for our uplifting hikes. You can choose an easy or challenging course, depending on how you feel that day. Either way, you’ll hike with women of your same ability and comfort level. We’ll refuel with a hearty, energizing lunch prepared by our chef, or we may be hiking with a picnic. The evening ends by 9:00 p.m., ensuring you’re in sync with the man in the moon. Please keep in mind that you do not have to do everything! We support and encourage you to find the level of activity that is right for you.

We will hike peaceful Phelps Lake trail at the foot of the Tetons, dramatic Cascade trail rising up from Jenny Lake, Taggart Lake with its welcoming beach, and my favorite Leigh Lake. All trails feature glistening lakes, cascading waterfalls, and an abundance of wildlife, including moose, deer, marmots, and bears!

We will end this day practicing yoga and a sound healing at our good friend’s ranch overlooking the Grand Tetons.

More Details
Towering over the valley of Jackson Hole, The Teton Range boasts granite (and often snow-capped) peaks that soar 7,000 feet high. With canyons formed by retreating glaciers, glassy alpine lakes, and the winding Snake River, Teton National Park draws millions of visitors a year for the landscape, wildlife, and adventure. While all seasons offer different opportunities, summer in the Grand Tetons is especially exciting with the wide array of activities to do and places to see. From wildlife watching to hiking, climbing, and fishing to even just gazing out the window of your car as you drive through the park, the options are limitless.
We will hike through the canyons of Grand Teton National Park, and immerse ourselves in the beauty of the landscape, the outdoors, and the Women’s Quest community. Not only that, but we will also have meaningful discussions, as well as practice yoga, mindfulness, and breathing techniques.
