The 5 Day relaxation retreat is available year round.

This retreat is ideal for those needing time to themselves to heal and re-connect.

The retreat is designed to help you relax and find balance within yourself. We have a good chunk of your time planned out for you, but of course, the most important thing is that you feel happy and engage in that which serves you. So if you want to add on to the below schedule or simplify it, we will adjust it to your needs. Let this be a time to just focus on you!

The Retreat starts in the afternoon of the arrival day (arrival 3pm to 4pm ideally; for early arrival, please advise in advance). There will be a welcome and orientation before your first yoga session at 5pm.

If you are travelling by yourself or with your friend or partner, you will be hosted in the private beautiful house.

Our accommodation offers a full home away from home with a twin-bedded and a double-bedded room with views of the volcanos or mountains, as well as a terrace, ample living room, and kitchen.

The relaxation retreat will take it easy on the physical classes, but we will have at least one movement class a day.

Dani

When I talk about yoga and aerial I am not talking about fitness but a way of life.

To me, as to many other yogis, yoga is a way of life, a living philosophy of mind, body and spirit. It is about learning to reconnect with one's body and listening to its needs and limitations, to be at home and fully whole in and of oneself.

Yoga is not about bending one's body into a pretzel and looking funky in a pose but about your overall well-being and we all work within our own bodies. We all have different strength and weaknesses and in yoga we try to find the balance. Practicing asana in particular is about doing right by one's own body and mind regardless of how "fit" one is otherwise.

I teach a variety of styles that are not just asana (posture) based. In order to connect body and soul, the subtle practices of mantra chant, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation all need to be part of the yoga practice.

However I equally teach them as separate entities for deeper immersion and understanding.
