We teach Hatha, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, all are adjust to your needs and level.
Practicing yoga will build strength, but some types of yoga may not raise the heart rate sufficiently. It depends on the type of yoga you select and how frequently you practice it.
For successful weight loss, a healthy diet must be maintained while burning calories through exercises that raise your heart rate on a regular basis
