About The Host

We are a traditional Chinese martial arts retreat, founded in 2009 by Master Shi Xing Jian (also known as Master Bao), an authentic 32nd generation Warrior Monk from the Shaolin Temple. After training for many years, and with inspiration from his world travelling Masters, Wushu became a part of Master Bao's very being. He decided to open his own school to pass on the teachings of his masters and share the benefits of Chinese kung fu with the world.

Our team has many years of experience teaching experienced martial artists, absolute beginners, and everything in between. Former students include professional MMA fighters and people training for the Olympics as well as out-of-shape office workers, students, and those training to join the army. Whatever your situation may be, our Masters have a keen eye to judge your physical ability and will support you to achieve your own personal best. Whether you stay for a year, a month or a week, we will help you reach your goals and make your experience with us unforgettable.
