Oct 12 to Oct 18, 2025
Designed for women seeking a dynamic experience as we embrace adventure on water and land. On this women's only retreat, we spend 3 days paddling the lazy Colorado River after putting in at the base of the Hoover Dam. We will explore hot springs and natural sauna caves, and have two nights of shoreline camping. From there, we transition onto land, enjoying home-style comforts, a beginner-friendly guided rock climb in Red Rocks Canyon, and a final evening on the town including a Vegas show!
Additional Trip Information
Take a break from the daily grind and tap into connection through shared experience, personal challenge, and nature's rhythm. This trip is for soul-seekers who long for a deeper connection with themselves, other women, and the restorative power of nature. Recharge your inner battery to return home with strength and clarity.
We will invite you to explore your internal world through journaling and intentional conversations while allowing for the reprieve and rejuvenation of laughter and nature that many of us need to keep showing up with strength in our worlds at home.
Individual / group calls will be available prior to and upon returning home, in order to aid with integration and continued community-building. This expedition is for women who desire a break from the roles we play (colleague, wife, mother, daughter, etc) in order to put ourselves first. Join us for an incredible adventure filled with purpose, connection, and - as always - fun!!!

As with any outdoor trip, weather is mother nature’s decision. Average temperatures range from 65 to 95 degrees.
Don’t worry, we've got you covered! Our team are longtime outdoor enthusiasts + experienced guides with many wilderness expeditions under our belts so we know the ropes and do the heavy lifting. We pack all the gear needed for a more enjoyable camping experience and to keep you protected, dry and comfortable...all we ask is for you to come ready for a new fun adventure!
The water on the stretch of the Green River that we travel is flat and calm; we'll teach everyone the proper techniques needed to safely navigate your paddle-board or tandem canoe so no experience is necessary. The guides are right there for support the entire time and you'll gain more confidence in your new navigational skills each day.
