Yoga, meditation & sound healing retreat will invoke a deep state of relaxation which naturally assists one in entering into the state of meditation. We use natural aid to bring deeper state of relaxation through tibetan singing bowl, gong, cymbals, harmonium, mantras & bells.These sound healing materials are used for deep relaxation, stress reduction, holistic healing, chakra balancing, and world music. Many people find that the rich blend of harmonic overtones which the bells, singing bowls & others, produce have a direct affect upon their chakras.

The sound produced are used during the practices like meditation, prayer and trance induction. Friction created by a mallet rubbed around its rim produces astonishingly complex and continuous overtones of great harmony. A more mellow tone can be produced by striking the bowl with a mallet wrapped in soft material. Meditation bowls are made of various metal types and sizes for unique tonal qualities.

Creating these types of sounds usually brings an immediate centering effect. The tones set up a "frequency following response" that creates a balancing left/right brain synchronization. Meditating on the subtle sounds of the Tibetan singing bowl tunes one into the universal sound within. Singing bowls fill the air with harmonic vibrations, adding depth and dimension to any personal prayer or meditative activity.

This is a like-minded community program sharing space, meals, support and care. There is always possibility to extend your stay. Private yoga, meditation, sound healing & counseling sessions can be arranged at additional fees.
