Named after the 18 Lohan monks, the followers of the Buddha, the 18 Lohans are an elite group who will train directly under Master Iain alongside the Kung Fu Retreat Instructor Team.

This is our one-week ‘trial’ package. A week is not long enough to Master Kung Fu or Qigong but it is long enough to begin uncovering the mysteries, learning the secrets, and absorbing the basics.
