This program walks participants step-by-step through practices of Discovery, Discipline, Dedication, and Devotion by promoting a regular lifestyle routine of Embodiment, Gratitude & Connection in several practical ways:
Connection with Nature
Through utilizing our outdoor fitness trail for forest bathing, walking, or running. This 20-35 minute self-led fitness track through the forest gives you quiet, meditative time among the tall, majestic trees and fresh mountain air.
Connection with Yourself
Through participating in Lunar Art Journaling which involves writing prompts for you to identify, hear, & process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences using text and image.
Through optional daily morning yoga, tribal dance, & more, these mentor-led fitness classes help you embody your morning intentions through guided movement.
Through enjoying our steam sauna & hot/plunge pools for thermal therapy that challenges your mind, improves circulation, after workout muscle repair, and cleanses the skin.
Through exercises and workshops we learn to improve and strengthen our intuition so that we can have the confidence to trust it.
Connection with Others (one-on-one)
Through the daily study and practice of social dancing 3-4 hours daily we learn (beyond refined movement technique) relational skills for listening, communicating clearly, offering constructive feedback in a non-violent manner, healing touch, and expressing respectful appreciation for one another.
Connection with Your Community
Through participating in the shared living tasks of gardening, food preparation, and organization we bless & serve one another while developing a skill of doing what needs to be done when we see a need, offering us the opportunity to be valued and appreciated within the group.
Through our Gratitude practice we learn to see through a lens of appreciation that helps us build a positive mindset.
Through learning to live a waste-free lifestyle we contribute to not only our own health but the health of our community and planet.
