Our adventures started back in 2006, a pair of ambitious teens jumped on the train from London to Paris to experience a new city scene.
Fast forward to today and the adventurous roots of this husband and wife team have expanded to the health, fitness, and personal development space – hiking, skiing, and exploring our way across the globe 🌎
From the French Alps to the Canadian Rockies 🎿 from China’s Great Wall to Peru’s Macchu Picchu ⛰️from Iceland’s Golden Circle glaciers to Japan’s Hokkaido mountain, from New Zealand’s South Island to Yorkshire’s three peaks 🥾– it’s been an epic adventure.
We have joined forces to bring adventure retreats with a twist to people seeking something more 🔥opportunities to challenge themselves physically while developing themselves on a personal and professional level 💪

How many people will be on the retreat?
Our retreats are designed to maximiser the experience of every guest so you’ll be part of a small group of up to 10 fellow adventurers.
Do I need to be fit to join the retreat?
There will be a dedicated physical challenge that each retreat builds up to and this will require a level of fitness that allows you to fully participate in the adventure and enjoy your experience.
You do not need to be an athlete! We will ask you to complete a pre-booking questionnaire to ensure it’s the right retreat for you and that you’ll be able to make the most of the experience.
Plus you’ll receive a tailored training plan when you book to help with your preparation, so the earlier you book the better!
Where will we be staying?
You will be staying at a luxury condo in west Vancouver with breathtaking views across the city. The accommodation has spacious living areas, sauna, hot tub and pool, with easy access to walking routes and our retreat activities.
