8 Days, Multiple Departures
The training facility is situated along the waterfront on the picturesque island of Lastovo, nestled within Zaklopatica Bay. Our facility boasts a comprehensive array of fitness equipment, predominantly sourced from Rogue Fitness, supplemented by unique additions such as kayaks and paddleboards, offering clients a diverse training experience. Accommodations are conveniently located directly behind the training facility, typically offering double occupancy rooms with the option for single rooms available upon request. Additionally, guests enjoy three daily meals at our on-site restaurant as part of their package.
Our menu is thoughtfully curated to emphasize sustainability, featuring locally sourced ingredients and crafted in collaboration with a nutritionist to ensure a harmonious balance of nutrition and fitness requirements. To further support our guests' dietary needs, we offer a smoothie bar stocked with supplements, superfoods, and a variety of fresh and frozen fruits available throughout the day. Customization options are available to accommodate guests with specific dietary preferences or allergies.
In addition to fitness training, we offer curated excursions to showcase the natural beauty and scenic landscapes of Lastovo Island, fostering moments of mindfulness amidst training and enhancing the overall guest experience. These excursions, along with associated travel arrangements, are seamlessly integrated into our package offerings, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching retreat experience for our guests.
Our prime focus is to organize fitness holidays along with accommodation and rentals. The fitness holidays came to be through the inspiration of Lastovo’s own Ivan Čihoratić who was determined to create a prime base location for fitness holidays by the sea in his corner of Lastovo in Zaklopatica. Thanks to the help of his family, locals, and international connections, he and his team have successfully hosted groups from all over the globe including Europe, the UK, and the US with raving reviews.
Unique experience, soar muscles, boxing knowledge, lots of fun, and coming back home a few pounds lighter and more tanned.
It is not necessary to be active or have a certain level of fitness. The program of the fitness camp is adjusted to individual needs and abilities of each participant. The goal is to make you feel better about your body and your health, regardless of your level. Experience and knowledge of strength and conditioning programs, such as CrossFit, is needed though.
There are 2 workout sessions a day (cardio and skills), in combination with the workout of the day. You can participate in working out as much as you want (or quit all together, if you feel like it). The gym and the equipment is at your disposal 0-24h and you can exercise in the nature (running, swimming, hiking, etc.) as much as you want outside of training sessions.
We usually accommodate any special dietary needs you might have. Please, let us know what your regimen is beforehand, when booking, so that we can prepare everything when you arrive.
Sure! The training doesn’t consist of swimming and you can safely enjoy the view of the sea.
This depends on your doctor’s orders. Of course, we will check with you during the booking process. Depending on your condition, we can organize your travel so the illness/injury doesn’t worsen and we’ll make the trip as enjoyable and safe for you as possible.
You should be safe if you book your flights just as you receive the confirmation of your trip (you will be informed once the minimum quota of participants is confirmed and the trip is guaranteed). If your arrival flight is the same day as the beginning of the program, it should arrive to Split in the morning so that you can catch the catamaran ride to Lastovo.
The nationals of the EU need only an ID document. For the citizens of the EU, USA, Canada and Australia a valid passport should suffice. But, even then, it is advisable to check the current requirements for your nationality. All other nationals should do so and apply for a visa if necessary through your local Croatian Embassy. Ideally, your passport/visa should be valid a bit longer than your stay in Croatia.
*Note to citizens of the UK: As of 01 January 2023 Croatia is part of the Schengen area. So you can travel up to 90 days in any 180-day period in Croatia without a visa.
