Training facility is sea front and located on the island of Lastovo in Zaklopatica Bay. Our current equipment inventory is primarily Rogue fitness plus some unusual equipment like kayaks, paddle boards… Clients are offered the training facility, accommodations directly behind the training facility (usually two to a room, option for single room available), and three meals at our restaurant as part of the package.

The menu for meals is almost entirely sustainable, as we use locally grown products.  Additionally, there is a smoothie bar with supplements, super foods, and a mix of fresh and frozen fruits for clients to use whenever they feel during the day. We can customize the menu to accommodate clients with special diets or allergies.

We also schedule excursions to give clients the chance to see the island and scenic spaces of the island to create some mindfulness in their training as well as their overall stay. These activities and their associated travel are planned and accounted for in the package.

Excursions:

Lastovo

Travel Time: 5-minute drive.

Activities: History tour, walking, and hiking.

The first excursion takes you to the main village of Lastovo, built around the 14th century and named after the largest island in the archipelago. Lastovo is the heart of the island, a hub for daily necessities and major events like the annual ‘Poklad’ Carnival. Key landmarks, such as the city council, post office, Rector’s Palace, and the parish church of Saint Cosmas and Damian, are all within walking distance.

The walk begins on Pjevor Street, right outside the shops closest to your accommodation, where you can buy any essentials. From here, you will walk through the town for about 30 minutes, then continue with a hike up to Glavica Hill, home to an old fort dating from the French occupation. The hill offers stunning views of Lastovo, Zaklopatica Bay, and the neighboring island of Korčula. You’ll also have a chance to see the northeastern islands of Lastovo’s archipelago, including Saplun, which you will visit later in your stay. The excursion will conclude at a local café for a well-deserved break.

Things to remember: Bring a bottle of water, wear hiking footwear, and carry money or bank cards for the local store, ATM, or post office in case you need to exchange money.

Mihajla Beach

Travel Time: 5 minutes via speedboat.

Activities: Swimming, volleyball, and SUP riding.

Mihajla Beach, located at the bottom of Lastovo, is a popular swimming spot for both locals and tourists. Adjacent to the water, you'll find a cemented promenade with a sand volleyball court and the Mihajla café-bar, offering drinks, coffee, and ice cream. For those interested, you can also try riding the SUP attached to the speedboat.

Things to remember: Bring beachwear, sunscreen, and money if you wish to visit the café-bar.

Skrivena Luka

Travel Time: 15-minute drive.

Activities: Lighthouse visit, swimming, and dinner.

Skrivena Luka, also known as Portorus by the locals, is located on the south side of the island and is one of the largest and most beautiful bays on Lastovo. As its name suggests, the bay is hidden from view from the open sea, offering boats ideal protection from strong winds and rough seas. At the entrance to Skrivena Luka, you'll find the Struga Lighthouse, built in 1839 and named after the cliff it stands on. The lighthouse sits approximately 90 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking cliffside views of the open sea.

This excursion is planned for a free day, where you will spend the afternoon in Skrivena Luka, culminating in an organized dinner at the Porto Rosso restaurant.

Reminders: This excursion lasts the entire afternoon, so you will return to your accommodation only after dinner.

Pasadur

Travel Time: 15-minute drive.

Pasadur is a bay located on the west side of the island, extending to the island of Prežba, which is connected by a bridge just past the hotel. This bay is a favorite spot for boaters, as it is protected from high winds. It also features a scenic promenade by the sea, which is enjoyed by both tourists and locals.

Saplun

Travel Time: 20 minutes via speedboat.

Saplun is located on the island of Mladine, part of the Lastovnjaci group in the southern part of Lastovo's archipelago. It is the only sandy beach on Lastovo, and its beauty is admired by visitors who arrive by private boat or on organized excursions. The shore is covered with smooth stones, leading into a stunning sandy ocean floor—ideal for water sports or underwater photography. It’s important to note that there are no facilities on the island, as it remains in its natural, untouched state.

Things to remember: Bring water, sneakers, beachwear, and beach gear (towel, snorkels, sunscreen, etc.).

Hum

Hum is a lookout located at the highest point on Lastovo, 417 meters above sea level. This excursion begins in the late afternoon, with a guided hike to the top timed to reach the summit by sunset. The hike takes about 90 minutes, and you will be driven back down by car.

Things to remember: Bring water, a long-sleeved top, and hiking footwear.

Winery

This excursion is organized in the afternoon or evening and is in Lastovo’s main village. It is a 5-minute drive from your accommodation gives you the opportunity to try all the traditional wines Lastovo has to offer made from grapes grown on Lastovo and which are typical of the region of Dalmatia.
