What is Jungle Dance?

Jungle Dance is an intuitive free-form movement class set to mindful music. It begins lying down on your back, allowing yourself to be cradled by mother earth. Words spoken from your guides heart to yours, reminding you who you truly are. They will invite you to move intuitively, in a way that feels most nourishing to your unique body. Allowing your sensations to guide you, that is raw, real, honest and truthful to you. Jungle Dance completes with deep relaxation, melting into pure bliss.
